President and CEO - John B. Klearman
Mr. Klearman holds two bachelor of science degrees, in business finance and in computer science, from the University of Missouri. He’s been analyzing financial statements for almost every type of business since 1987. He’s a proven entrepreneur; starting a software company in 1994 and selling it to an NYSE publicly traded business in an all cash transaction. He subsequently acquired and divested a consumer electronics retail business to one of the nation’s largest strategic buyers in the same industry. He deeply understands the role of the valuation expert and is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts – the leading business valuation accreditation body in the United States. Mr. Klearman is also Managing Director with Corporate Finance Associates, Inc. and, as a Merger and Acquisition Investment Banker advises middle-market business owners through the difficult process of divestiture. In this role he deeply understands the importance of advocacy in his representation of clients.
